Flawless Future Medical Spa was born from the heart, soul and skill of founder George J. Shencavitz. George’s goal was to bring big city, high-quality face and body treatments to the Northeastern Pennsylvania population. To women and men who were seeking “something more” out of life. To those who understand and appreciate a kind word, a skilled hand, the artistry of anatomical sculpture and the importance of inner and outer well-being.

George J. Shencavitz
George, our resident cosmetic "craftsman" and treatment expert, has been doing cosmetic procedures since 2009. In addition to being a licensed Aesthetic Nurse, George is certified through the Esthetic Skin Institute to deliver all of the top face and body cosmetic treatments available today.

KRISTEN M. RAGARD
Kristen is our talented Clinical Aesthetician. While attending The New York School of Esthetics in 2013, she was fortunate to be hired by the Castle Hotel & Spa in Tarrytown, NY to work at their new spa THANN Sanctuary tasked with learning and implementing their holistic Thai-based spa treatments which included facials and body treatments. Later, Kristen moved to Wisconsin where she worked for Aesthetic Artistry MedSpa. There, she learned more advanced esthetic services including HydraFacial, CoolSculpting, and SCITON Laser modalities. In November 2018 Kristen relocated back to NEPA to partner with Flawless Future Medical Spa, adding additional services to our already extensive treatment selection and to help develop our new Scranton, PA location.
